How much do I feed a largemouth bass?

I am planning to get a very small largmouth bass. But i have a few questions. My questions are;
how many inches does the bass have to be so he can eat small feeder fish?
How often do I feed the bass?
Also what makes the best feeder fish, I don't want to set a up a breeder tank, just buy them daily or if i can feed him a bunch of them twice a week or once, whatever.
And how much do I feed him when I do feed him?
