1. Well, a largemouth bass gets bigger than a bullhead catfish. But blue, channel, and flathead catfish get bigger than a largemouth bass.

2. The catfish is the bigger prize the bigger fish and the funner fish. but Largemouth are easier to catch!
but it really depends on what you think some people like bass some people like catfish.
( By my opinion catfish are the bigger prize! )

3. Most kinds of catfish get bigger than bass. Catfish definitely put up the bigger fight. Bass are more fun to catch in my eyes.

4. stronger wise, catfish. they have powerful jaws, channel catfish can cut(even crush) bare fingers when they are picked up by the mouth. wear gloves when doing this.

5. Catfish are much bigger and stronger than largemouth bass. Catfish can weigh hundreds of pounds while bass don't typically weigh over 15 pounds. They also put up a bigger fight than bass. However, the better fish is only one's opinion. Bass are usually the more desirable fish and appeal more to sport anglers.
Hope this helped,
Good Luck!

6. although species of catfish get much larger than a LMB, therefore stronger, pound for pound, comparing a bass 'n' cat of the same weight, the bass will by far outfight the catfish with spectacular leaps, more powerful runs. overall, just a greater and more game gamefish.

7. I believe the bass is a better fighter, pound for pound, as cats tend to hug the bottom while the bass try to run away, find something to snag the hook on, or just shake it loose.

But I don't know of any head-to-head strength testing....
