Public Comments

1. No. Chiclid type fish like large mouth bass don't eat seeds.

2. they could tho i doubt they would.....

** also most sunflower seeds are loaded with salt

so u would probably kill any fish u got to eat a lot of seeds from to much salt.....they are fresh water fish after all...

3. Bass, like practically all gamefish, are carnivores. While they can swallow sunflower seeds, they won't be able to digest them. If you want to feed the bass, give them meat of the sort they naturally eat (worms or small fish).

4. @Sameh Shumay: largemouth bass are SUNFISH, not cichlids.

But as far as bass eating sunflower seeds?

5. They are more opt to go for Meat rather than Seeds.
