What is a trophy smallmouth bass?

I caught a 20 inch and 11 inch in girth smallmouth bass yesterday and I was wondering if that would be considered a trophy?

Is there a website that can translate the weight for me?

Also how does getting it modeled work?
i meant it was 20 inches long and ll in girth....

1. the 20 inch girth is a good size, especially for a smallmouth bass. I wouldent know a site to tell you officially. but I would sure be happy with a fish like that.
good catch!

2. thats a great trophy.

3. a trophy could be you first smallmouth ever caught regardless of size. depending on where you live and the size they grow makes a differnence also. here in indiana I would say a 3 pound is a good size, but in dale hollow lake tenn. they might consider and thing over 5-6 pounds. regardless take a picture and release the fish. we need to preserve these fish for of grandkids. good question

4. if you think it is than it is. to me it sounds like a good fish
