smallmouth bass.........?

i am going out bass fishing in morning around 5am at small creek in south dakota, any tips? caught few while back with night crawlers on floating jig heads. but that hasnt been working. any tips? lures...etc??

2. I have had my best luck fishing small mouth where there are large underwater boulders. Use a plastic crawdad rigged like a plastic worm. Slowly walk it around the boulders. Lift it and let it settle back to the bottom. Most likely you'll get hits as it floats back down. I hope this helps you. Good luck.
