Can a foodstamp/EBT card be used as a fishing liscence in florida?

Ive head this from a couple people. They said that a foodstamp card was a form of state id or something like that.

1. When I was a cashier you could only use the EBT to buy unprepared foods. For example, you could buy the ready bake pizza from the deli but not the rotessararie chicken.

2. It's says only valid DL. You can do it online though.

"you must have a valid Florida Drivers License or must provide a valid Customer ID Number. Customer ID numbers may be obtained by purchasing a license from your local county tax collector office."

3. Run that by the good folks at Fish and Game. They could use a good laugh!
