What kind of dock/shoreling fishing in Port Richey Florida?

My 12 year old son, who, loves fishing is going to visit his granny in Port richey Florida. Granny will be letting him fish off the docks by the house on the ocean. Can anyone give me any info on what he can expect to catch, bait needed etc. Just trying to get a heads up for my son before he leaves on this exciting trip. Thanks
