When fishing the west coast of florida, which fish are not endangered?

I'd like to catch fish which are plentiful and any tips on catch them would be appreciated.

5. Theres a million types of fish. Theres bottom fishing for grouper, snapper, sea bass etc.. Also kings are abundant around tampa and north. There are inshore fish like redfish and snook. Theres tarpon but mainly in the summertime. If you want to go offshore in search of bottom fish and kings, you have to have a large boat because its at least a 40 mile run if not 60 miles.
