How to start my own fishing charter Florida?

I want to start my own charter business. Just want to know a few things I would need to get this done. Also what you guys think would be the best way of doing this. Thanks
i know all that im talking about business stuff what do i need for that stuff? i play on deep sea and seeing how things go and maybe also get a flat boat. but do i need any special stuff for the business part?

1. there are all different types or Charter captains, Flats,back country, open water, deep sea, etc, first you need a captains license, you have to know the type of fish you are going to catch and the customer always wants to catch a fish, lots of money, if you have no knowledge of any of this the best thing is to hire on as mate on a charter boat
