Where in the world can you find the cheapest full day fishing charters? I'm looking for a 30 foot plus saltwater charter boat that will catch edible gamefish like tuna and wahoo. I have no interest in trophy billfish. I know you can get one for a couple hundred bucks in Cuba that can load up the boat but our government unfortunately won't allow Americans to travel there. Inexpensive deep sea fishing charters (not party boats) in Texas, Mexico, etc? I really want to go deep sea fishing. I want to go trolling for mahi mahi, sailfish, marlin, etc. I don't want to bottom fish for snapper or shark. Everything I have seen in south Texas is $1000 or more for deep sea charters. When I was a kid, we used to go to Mexico and deep sea fish, but I don' t know how much it cost. I'd love to hear from people with actual experience with deep sea charters.
