What are the best fishing lures for bass in extremely weedy waters? I fish in lakes Maspenock, and Whitehall in Hopkinton Ma and both have a ton of weeds through out. I use plastic worms like senkos, spinnerbaits and frogs and do catch a decent amount of fish, but I feel like the fish have all seen these same lures so many times that Im missing out on the bigger fish. What to charge for bass fishing lures? I used to be into bass fishing big time. I eventually grew tired of it and sold my boat. I still have a lot - like several hundred crank baits and spinner baits and thousands of soft plastic worms, lizards, etc. A large majority are brand new and some are still in original packaging. My wife and her family are planning a garage sale and I thought I might try to sell them, but I'm unsure as to what to price them at. I was thinking maybe 50 cents for the crank baits and spinner baits, and 25 cents for the bags of soft plastics. Would that be reasonable? Some of these lures cost 4 to 5 dollars new. I want to price them low enough to sell, but I don't want to give them away either. Any bass fishermen out there with any ideas? Thanks.

fishing lures? Bass Catfish? I go fishing in the lake at hanna park (huge lake). I just started to fish from a long break. I was using live worms that i cut into smaller portions. They caught me very small fish like hand sized.(bass and ect). So first off i turned over to a spinning reel for a far cast because my other rod can only cast like 6 feet away. Florida Bass fishing..what lures are best for this? Time of year. we are now post spawn i think and the bite has gone away. I need help choosing some bass lures for strippit fishing? Hi, I'm new to bass fishing, and am not sure what to get as far as lures go. The strip pit we own is huge. It has been around since the 1930's, so the fish in it are quite big. It is at most 60 feet deep, and the water clarity is stained. There is also lots of weeds and debris in the water. I usually enjoy fishing with a 1/4 oz jig head with a 4 inch grub, but this doesn't always work. So I need some more variety. What should I get? I'm not sure about size, color, type, etc. Ithink bright colors work best in stained/murky water? I like soft plastics best. I'm also stuck on what rod/reel combo I should get. I'm thinking a Zebco 33. Any suggestions? Please help... Largemouth bass.
