Best Florida backwater fishing charter in the Fort Myers/Bonita Springs/Marco Island area? I would like some recommendations on a nice, friendly backwater fishing guide in the Fort Myers/Bonita Springs/Marco Island area. My husband and I are looking for a half day charter in which we go through the scenic backwater area, catching fish that we wouldn't normally catch in Minnesota.

Florida Bass fishing..what lures are best for this? Time of year. we are now post spawn i think and the bite has gone away. I know this B/C i just bought the smart caster (RF25) by Humminbird so i now know where the fish are. I highly recomend bying this item for the shore angler there is nothing better and so much fun. Opinions for best fishing rigs for Florida fish Saltwater? I need to know which reel you guys thing would be better for Tarpon Cobia and Kingfish in the gulf and Atlantic. Either a 3/0 Penn Senator Special or a Shimano Speed Master. I have lots of fishing experience and techniques. I usually put my weight out and use a clip with live bait. I can not get my 6/0 Penn Senator out far enough because its a shark reel and very hefty so I want to downsize. So tell me what you think. OHH and it needs to be able to cast really well. My independent study is the last week of February and first week of March. I have done some research and found that the Florida Stone Crab are in southern Florida and are legal to harvest from October to May. I really need to know where the best places to go crabbing are on the coast of Florida. What is the best fishing reel for me? I am lookin for a saltwater fishing reel. Preferably a spinning reel but open to other baitcasting reels also.
